Terms of Service — StoreStrat

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoreStrat ("Service"), operated by StoreStrat LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreStrat is an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform that connects to third-party commerce platforms (including Shopify and Commerce7) to analyze store data and provide revenue optimization strategies, including automated campaigns, upsell recommendations, and retention insights.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account using Google Sign-In or Microsoft authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

StoreStrat offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data and Third-Party Platforms

By connecting your commerce platform, you authorize StoreStrat to access, retrieve, and analyze your store data (including orders, customers, products, and analytics) via secure API connections. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

StoreStrat uses artificial intelligence to generate campaign content, product recommendations, and revenue insights. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before deployment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it reaches your customers.

7. No Revenue Guarantees

StoreStrat provides tools and AI-driven strategies designed to optimize revenue. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or business results. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your products, market conditions, and customer behavior.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to send unsolicited or spam communications; (e) exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API connections.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of StoreStrat LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreStrat LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
